These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the SaaS platform ("Platform") by Job Fair Organizers ("Organizer").
1. Platform Usage
The Organizer agrees to use the Platform solely for hosting and managing job fairs, recruitment events, and related activities, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Role of the Platform
The Platform acts only as a technology service provider facilitating connections between organizers, employers, and candidates. The Platform does not guarantee job placements, candidate hiring, employer participation, or event outcomes.
3. Organizer Responsibilities
The Organizer is solely responsible for:
- Event planning, execution, promotion, and management
- Accuracy of event details, schedules, employer listings, and job information
- Ensuring participating employers and candidates comply with applicable laws
- Obtaining all required permissions, licenses, and approvals for conducting the job fair
4. Content & Data Responsibility
All content uploaded or shared by the Organizer, including logos, job details, descriptions, and promotional materials, must be lawful and non-infringing. The Platform is not responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of such content.
5. Data Privacy & Usage
The Organizer agrees to handle candidate and employer data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. The Platform shall not be liable for misuse, unauthorized sharing, or breach of data by the Organizer or participating parties.
6. Fees & Payments
Any applicable platform usage fees, subscription charges, or service fees must be paid in advance as agreed. All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
7. No Guarantee or Warranty
The Platform does not provide any guarantee regarding:
- Number of participants, employers, or candidates
- Hiring success or placement outcomes
- Business leads, revenue, or engagement levels
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to event cancellations, hiring decisions, loss of data, or disputes between parties.
9. Third-Party Interactions
Any agreement, communication, or transaction between the Organizer, employers, and candidates is strictly independent. The Platform is not a party to such interactions or disputes.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Platform remains the sole property of the Platform owner. The Organizer is granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform during the agreed service period.
11. Suspension or Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the Organizer violates these Terms & Conditions, misuses the Platform, or engages in unlawful or unethical activities.
12. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of the applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
