Software Tester

Responsibilities:

• Performing software testing to identify and report bugs.
• Ensuring software quality by detecting grammar, design, and content issues.
• Logging identified bugs as tickets, assigning them to developers, and tracking their resolution.
• Investigating and testing client-reported issues, verifying fixes, and forwarding resolved tickets to the support team.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
• Experience in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in manual testing; knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Effective in both giving and receiving feedback within the team to improve performance and quality.
