Trainee-QA
Designation: QA Trainee
Location: UL Cyberpark, Kozhikode, Kerala
Experience: 0-1 Years
Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and design detailed test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Log, track, and retest defects with proper documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, and sanity testing as required.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams for issue resolution and smooth
- delivery.
- Follow established QA standards, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to QA reports, sprint activities, and test planning.
- Learn and adapt to new testing tools and techniques.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
Exposure to manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a QA/testing career path.
