Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Create, organize, and regularly update project documentation and reports.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, development, QA, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize project management tools and software to track milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with web or Laravel-based development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Leadership and team-coordination capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
