1. Job Guarantee

Hire You Soon does not provide any job guarantee. Shortlisting by an employer does not ensure selection, issuance of an offer, or employment.

2. Registration Plans & Fees

Hire You Soon offers the following registration plans:

Starter Plan

• Free registration
• Apply to up to 3 job posts per month
• Shortlisting fee of INR 300 applicable

Growth Plan

• INR 800 per year (auto-renewal required)
• Apply to up to 12 job posts per month
• No shortlisting fees
• Failure to renew after one year will result in automatic downgrade to the Starter Plan

Premium Plan

• INR 3,000 per year (auto-renewal required)
• Unlimited job applications
• No shortlisting fees
• Failure to renew after one year will result in automatic downgrade to the Starter Plan

Offer for Partnered Institute Candidates

Candidates from Hire You Soon–partnered institutes are eligible for the Premium Plan (worth INR 3,000) at a discounted price of INR 300, valid for one (1) year.

Upon expiry, the account will automatically convert to the Starter Plan. Candidates may upgrade their plan at any time.

All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Job Application & Shortlisting

• Candidates may apply for jobs immediately after employers post them.
• Employers may shortlist candidates at their sole discretion.
• Shortlisted candidates will receive a notification and can view the status in the “Shortlisted List”.
• Candidates must respond to a shortlist within five (5) days, failing which the shortlist will automatically expire.

4. Invoice Issuance

An invoice will be generated and made available on the Hire You Soon portal for every successful payment made by the candidate.

5. Salary & Employment Responsibility

Hire You Soon acts solely as a hiring facilitation platform and does not hold any responsibility for salary payments, employment terms, or payment delays by employers.

6. Modification of Terms

Hire You Soon reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Hire You Soon portal and using its services, institutes and candidates agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
