Product Growth Associate
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Product Growth Associate who
will become the voice of Easify for our users.
Easify is an all-in-one marketing and communication platform
that enables businesses to send SMS, make calls, and manage email campaigns
from a single dashboard, while ensuring full US compliance.
This role bridges the gap between product development and
customer success by creating high-quality product-based content such as demo
videos, tutorials, blogs, FAQs, onboarding material, and feature adoption
campaigns. The Product Growth Associate ensures every Easify feature is clearly
understood, correctly used, and fully adopted by our customers.
This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to user
satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Education & Content Creation
- Create
engaging product demo videos for new and existing Easify features.
- Develop
step-by-step how-to guides, knowledge base articles, blogs, and onboarding
documentation.
- Write
product FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
- Convert
technical features into simple, user-friendly language.
2. Feature Adoption & User Enablement
- Design
feature adoption campaigns to educate users on newly released tools.
- Identify
features with low usage and create targeted education content to improve
adoption.
- Work
with the product team before every release to prepare education material.
3. User Feedback & Product Improvement
- Gather
feedback from support tickets, sales calls, and user conversations.
- Identify
recurring user pain points and share insights with product and UX teams.
- Act
as the customer’s voice in product planning discussions.
4. Sales & Support Enablement
- Create
demo scripts, product walkthroughs, and sales enablement materials.
- Provide
training materials to sales and support teams for consistent messaging.
- Reduce
dependency on developers for explaining product features.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track
product education performance using metrics such as:
- Feature
adoption rate
- Support
ticket reduction
- Trial-to-paid
conversion improvement
- Continuously
improve content strategy based on data.
Required Skills
- Excellent
written and spoken English with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong
understanding of SaaS products, preferably in CRM / Messaging / Marketing
platforms.
- Experience
in creating product videos, blogs, tutorials, or knowledge base content.
- Ability
to work closely with product managers, developers, sales, and support
teams.
- Analytical
mindset to track adoption metrics and user behaviour.
Preferred Qualifications
- At
least one year of experience working with SaaS platforms or CRM /
marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity
with product onboarding tools, help desk systems, or LMS platforms.
- Basic
understanding of UX principles and user journeys.
- Video
editing or screen recording experience is a plus.
