Marketing Automation Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for Marketing Automation Associate who will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns, email marketing, and automated workflows to drive qualified demand for our product, Easify.

This role sits at the intersection of product messaging, growth execution, and marketing operations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and performance across channels. The focus is not only on generating leads, but on improving the overall saleability and positioning of the product through structured execution and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (deep expertise in at least one platform expected).
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify inefficiencies, optimize budgets responsibly, and pause or adjust campaigns when required.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop high-impact ad creatives and landing assets.
  • Create and execute email campaigns and lifecycle journeys including onboarding, nurture, and follow-ups.
  • Track and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through continuous iteration.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows to improve lead handoffs, follow-ups, internal efficiency, and reduce manual gaps between marketing and sales.
  • Translate product value propositions into clear, ICP-relevant messaging across ads, emails, landing pages, and internal communication.
  • Maintain message consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with product, growth, sales, and design teams to refine positioning and execution.
  • Read dashboards and campaign data with clarity, diagnose performance trends, and run small experiments to apply quick learnings.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, bring structure to execution, and demonstrate good judgment under constraints.
  • Stay calm under performance pressure and use data as a guide for decisions rather than assumptions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (not limited to agency coordination).
  • Strong comfort with metrics, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industry marketing environments.
  • Exposure to CRM systems, lifecycle marketing, and automation tools.
  • Experience working with US or global audiences.
  • Ability to think structurally, take ownership of deliverables, and work without rigid SOP dependency.
  • Willingness to handle cross-functional responsibilities rather than narrow, repetitive tasks.
  • Curiosity to question assumptions, observe customer/product behavior, and continuously improve execution.

Good to Have

  • Experience building high-converting landing pages.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and workflow tools.
  • Proven execution of structured email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience designing end-to-end marketing funnels.
  • Working knowledge of automation logic and marketing tech stacks.
