We are hiring a Senior Flutter Developer (A3 – Senior Specialist) to lead the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role requires strong experience in managing production applications, introducing new features safely, improving performance and stability, and owning architecture and releases end-to-end while mentoring junior engineers.
Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
Build scalable, maintainable architectures for long-term product growth.
Maintain and enhance existing production apps, resolving bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Refactor legacy code and reduce technical debt while ensuring backward compatibility.
Improve application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Manage build, signing, and release processes for Play Store and App Store.
Support hotfixes and urgent production deployments.
Participate in architectural discussions and mentor junior developers.
Drive code quality, testing standards, and engineering best practices.
Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
Experience building, maintaining, and releasing Android and iOS applications.
Strong knowledge of REST API integration, state management, async programming, and error handling.
Experience with app store publishing, certificates, and signing processes.
Ownership of production systems and releases.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to refactor and improve architecture safely.
Clear communication of technical decisions and mentoring experience.
CI/CD experience for mobile apps.
Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools.
Experience working in agile teams.
