Specialist – ACES

Role Overview
The Specialist  ACES owns end-to-end delivery of assigned product modules, customers, or business processes. This role requires strong domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and accountability for delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement across Product, Implementation, and Support streams.


Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Ownership

  • Own product support, requirements, and delivery for assigned modules/customers

  • Act as primary stakeholder point of contact

  • Identify workflow gaps and drive product/process improvements

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Lead requirement discussions with customers and internal teams

  • Convert business needs into clear functional requirements

  • Review and validate solutions with technical teams

Implementation & Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end implementations including UAT and go-live

  • Ensure timelines, scope, and quality commitments are met

  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Operations

  • Communicate timelines, risks, and delivery updates clearly

  • Mentor A0 and A1 team members when required


Basic Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Support, or Implementation

  • Strong understanding of software systems, workflows, or ERP products

  • Proven stakeholder management experience

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Experience owning modules or customer implementations

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and complex problem statements

  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset

  • Ability to balance customer needs with system scalability
