We are looking for a highly adaptable and quick-learning ACES- Trainee (A0) with strong communication skills. This role is designed to groom early-career professionals across Product Support, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Implementation based on business needs.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Support, and Business stakeholders to understand product workflows, customer requirements, and delivery processes. Responsibilities will span Product, Implementation, and Support functions based on evolving business priorities.
Act as first-line support for product-related queries
Understand product workflows and assist in issue triaging
Coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
Prepare basic requirement documents, user stories, and functional notes
Support senior members in validating requirements
Support customer implementation activities
Participate in UAT coordination and data validation
Assist in preparing implementation documentation
Work with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in demos, reviews, and discussions
Fresher – Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or Travel Industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand business processes and system workflows
Willingness to work across Support, BA, and Implementation functions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong team player
High learning agility and adaptability
Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
Basic understanding of software systems or ERP products (advantage)
Comfortable with documentation and structured processes
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
