The Senior Specialist ACES is a high-impact role responsible for owning and delivering major product workstreams. This position handles complex problem statements, manages high-value global accounts, and bridges long-term product vision with execution.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring product enhancements are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with business strategy across Product, Implementation, and Support functions.
Own roadmap and delivery outcomes for product suites or global accounts
Identify systemic workflow gaps and lead cross-functional improvements
Make functional trade-off decisions balancing customer needs and scalability
Lead discovery sessions for complex integrations (GDS, Payment Gateways, ERP bridges)
Collaborate with Engineering on robust and future-proof solution designs
Validate multi-module logic and impact assessments
Drive implementation strategy for large-scale deployments
Identify risks early and lead mitigation planning
Ensure scope, quality, and timeline commitments are met
Mentor A2, A1, and A0 team members
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Drive adoption of Product Management best practices
4–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Implementation
Experience with Enterprise SaaS, ERP, or Travel Tech ecosystems
Proven track record managing enterprise-level stakeholders
Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills
