Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Odox SoftHub LLP in Kozhikode. The Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, client relationship management, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

The candidate will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements, present suitable software solutions, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Knowledge or experience with any ERP software is an added advantage
• Understanding of technology and software services
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Local candidates are preferred
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Calicut/Kozhikode
• Smart, energetic, and target-oriented candidates are preferred
