Client Accounts Executive
Role Purpose:
To act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth and satisfactory delivery of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client requirements, expectations, feedback, and concerns.

Maintain professional and timely communication through email, calls, meetings, and messaging platforms.

Client Requirement & Brief Management
-
Collect and clearly document client briefs, requirements, references, and deadlines.
-
Ensure the internal team receives complete and accurate information before starting work.

Clarify requirements with clients whenever necessary.
-
Internal Team Coordination
-
Coordinate with Creative, Social Media, SEO, Content, Video, Development, Performance Marketing, and other teams.
-
Assign or route client requirements to the appropriate team.
-
Follow up on tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Project & Timeline Management
-
Track ongoing client tasks, campaigns, approvals, and deliverables.
-
Ensure work is delivered according to agreed schedules.
-
Identify delays or potential issues early and escalate them to the concerned Lead/Manager.

Client Feedback & Revisions
-
Collect client feedback and communicate it accurately to the relevant team.
-
Ensure revisions are properly understood and completed.
-
Avoid unnecessary revision cycles by maintaining clear communication and documentation.

Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
-
Proactively identify client concerns and coordinate solutions.
-
Handle complaints or serious issues promptly and escalate them when required.
-
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen the relationship.

Campaign & Performance Coordination
-
Coordinate the delivery of campaign plans, content calendars, reports, creatives, and other digital marketing outputs.

Coordinate with relevant teams for campaign performance reports and client presentations.

Understand basic digital marketing metrics and communicate key updates to clients.

Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain updated records of client requirements, tasks, approvals, feedback, and pending items.
-
Ensure client communication and important decisions are properly documented.
-
Prepare or coordinate regular status updates for clients and management.
-
Business Growth
-
Identify opportunities for additional services based on client requirements.
-
Support the team in generating additional business from existing clients.
-
Coordinate proposals, quotations, and presentations when required.
