Shortlisting Fee: There will not be any shortlisting fee or processing fee for candidate registered under premium plan. Invoice Issuance: Candidates will receive an invoice from the Hire You Soon portal upon receipt of the commission amount. Apply for Job Post: Candidates can apply for unlimited jobs per month immediately upon posting by employers. Upon receiving an application, employers have the discretion to shortlist the candidate's CV. If shortlisted, the candidate will be notified and can view their CV in the 'Shortlisted List'. Candidates registered under premium plans are not required to pay a processing fee to facilitate direct communication with the employer. The candidate can view the contact of employer directly through hire you soon portal.Job Guarantee: Hire You Soon does not guarantee employment once an employer shortlists a candidate through this platform. Salary Responsibility: Hire You Soon Portal bears no responsibility in the event that an employer fails to pay salaries on time to candidates recruited through the Hire You Soon portal. Modification of Terms: Hire You Soon reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Candidates agree to comply with the terms by registering on the Hire You Soon portal and using its services.
